Urban Bright

I love these colorful and girly manhole covers from Japan. It’s a perfect mix of hard and soft, sweet and tough. Strong metal and bright colors create a perfect modern look. These are amazing inspiration for me. I love rooms decorated with these same elements. If this were a party theme, it would be my favorite one.  Urban bright, maybe?

Farmers Market Flowers: Milk Bottle

The other weekend when we were in NYC we stayed near the Flower Market. Naturally, I took advantage of the opportunity of being so close to Jamali Garden Center and stocked up a bit. I got a few fun things to share with you, that I put together with $6 of flowers from the farmers market.

First up is the milk bottle vase. These white flowers give a romantic, vintage look. {even with my modern vases in the background!}

I love how these flowers reflect the light!

Then I tried colored zinnias, and loved the modern shift.

Gorgeous, right?

What do you think of this vase 2 ways?

March Favorites

Just some things I am loving right now…

These favors, for different purposes, are awesome. {Image 1, Image 2}

This jeweled installation reminds me of these chandeliers

These cut outs are fun. I want to make stories for each of them!

Bridesmaids dresses are getting so cool.

Happy March! {and maybe spring too??} xoxo

Poppies!

I love this gathering of poppies from Ritzy Bee – beautiful and colorful! And I have to give a special THANK YOU to the Ritzy Bee ladies as they have been incredibly welcoming and supportive. Thank you, ladies.
