Sicilian Orange Salad

As you know, my husband and I love to try out new foods and restaurants. But, more often than not, we are disappointed either in quality or the price– which is why we love dinner parties. The food quality goes up and the prices goes down, and you can’t beat the company. Then we discovered private kitchens, and found that they offered the same experiences we love, but without all of the clean up. We tried out a few in Hong Kong, and loved the one we went to in Paris. In this tread New York seems woefully behind– or maybe on hiatus.  But one group seems to be fighting to come back!

I know them as Forking Tasty, and can’t wait to go to one of their events. This last one seems to have been for singles (which leaves us out) but the menu looks amazing, especially this orange salad.  With oranges in season, this looks look a must try recipe.
